Just came here after writing a review of another medical supply that I visited and did not like, haha. Totally different experience. Salesperson showed me all their options, not just the most expensive ones. Told me when it was worth it to get the more expensive option and when it didn't really matter (which I appreciated very much), and educated me when I had questions about certain products. The Information was consistent with previous research I did. Empathy is important (especially when your products are medical supplies), and while the other store was lacking, this store delivered.

Totally recommend! Excellent equipment and a very knowledgeable employee; Lucas went above and beyond! Took the time putting everything together, and most importantly showing us how they worked. Explained everything perfectly! And stayed to help out with anything else we needed.

My family and I made two separate purchases from Harmony Home Medical. The children called and the salesman answered all their questions and my children ask A LOT of questions. Delivery was on-time each time and the polite, clean delivery person efficiently set up the items and said if we found any issues after he left, he would be happy to make necessary changes. Excellent All Around Service. Very Good Pricing. Wonderful Products. Why can't more retail experiences be this pleasant.
